CANTON, Ohio (AP) — Country music singer Lee Greenwood will highlight the halftime show titled "Salute to Service" at the Hall of Fame game Aug. 7.

The celebration will also include all five military branches for the preseason opener featuring the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts.

The selection of Greenwood maintains the country music theme for induction weekend. Tim McGraw will perform in concert at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium on Aug. 5. Greenwood, who has recorded more than 30 albums, will also participate in the pregame festivities. His CD "American Patriot" that was recorded and released in 1992 went platinum in three months.

Inductees in the class of 2016 are Brett Favre, Tony Dungy, Marvin Harrison, Orlando Pace, Ken Stabler, Dick Stanfel and Edward DeBartolo Jr.
