DETROIT (AP) — Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Nolan Carroll was carted off in the second quarter of Thursday's game at Detroit with a broken right ankle.

The Eagles also lost left tackle Jason Peters to a left ankle injury, and Lions safety Glover Quin went down with what appeared to be a left ankle injury of his own.

Peters and Quin left the game in the first quarter.

Peters was listed as questionable for the game with a back issue. He injured his back Oct. 25 against Carolina and didn't play in another game until last weekend against Tampa Bay.
