Curry Chicken Salad
1 - whole rotisserie chicken roughly 3.5 # yields 1.5# useable chicken
1/2 - Red Onion Diced Small
1 Cup - Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tsp - Kosher Salt
1 tsp - Course Grind Black Pepper
1/4 Cup - Whole Grain Mustard
1/4 Cup - Honey local
1/4 Cup - Chopped Pecans
1/2 Cup - Sliced Red Seedless Grapes
1 tsp - Yellow Curry Paste
1/4 Cup - sliced thin Celery
1 tsp - Garlic Powder
6 large croissants
