(AP) - Neil Patrick Harris has established himself as an ideal awards-show host. He won rave reviews the four times he hosted the Tony Awards, and he's returning for his second time as host of the Emmy ceremony on Sunday.

"The Telemundo Awards keep trying to get me and I say `no gracias' because that's pretty much all the Spanish I speak," the 40-year-old actor joked about his in-demand hosting skills. "My kids are now in pre-school so I suspect I'll be asked to host their graduation. I don't think I'll be able to find the time. It's just that there's no teleprompter."

Harris, also an Emmy winner this year as a producer of the Tonys, will be embraced Sunday night by his fellow nominees and other TV stars at the Nokia Theatre. Here's what they're saying:

_ "I think he should host everything always, including every dinner party that I ever attend. He's the most charming, and the greatest thing is that he's got an enormous brain. He's very witty and smart and funny, so I'd rather watch him host these shows than just about anyone." _ Sarah Paulson, nominated for "American Horror Story: Asylum."

_ "I'm such a huge NPH fan, so he can do no wrong in my eyes." _ Kerry Washington, nominated as the star of "Scandal."

_ "I do feel that he should host every awards show... I think he's a talent monster and I love that he has a chance to do it, and I hope that he gets a chance to do it as much as he wants to do it... He gives 110 percent and is incredibly involved and proactive and not just sort of there to steer the ship, he's actually part of building it. So I have a lot of respect for that. I think it makes everything more enjoyable." _ Zachary Quinto, nominated for "American Horror Story: Asylum."

_"Neil is a great friend of mine. He is incredible at this. .... Everything he's done, he's dynamite. I'm a huge supporter of his." _ Christina Hendricks, nominated for "Mad Men."
