SALT LAKE CITY — It isn’t uncommon to make bets about who will win the Super Bowl, but a bet between two of America’s favorite superheroes may be unprecedented.

It all started on Twitter.

Chris Pratt, an avid Seattle Seahawks fan who played Star-Lord in “Guardians of the Galaxy," bet Chris Evans, who played “Captain America” and supports the New England Patriots, that the Seahawks would win.

The wager? If the Seahawks win, Evans will visit Seattle Children’s Hospital, clad in his Captain America suit and waving the Seahawks' 12th man flag.

@prattprattpratt I accept,” Evans responded on Twitter. “And when the Patriots humiliate your seachickens, I expect Star-Lord to arrive at @chris_haven in a Brady jersey.”

Pratt also accepted Evans' challenge. The hospital Evans referred to gives support to families of children receiving cancer treatment, according to Sports Illustrated.

Either way, the superheroes will end up winning.
