Professional natural bodybuilder Ron Williams shows how to get in shape through proper fitness and nutrition.

Ron Williams is one of the world's most decorated natural bodybuilders. He is a seven time Natural Universe winner, holds seven Natural World Titles, seven Olympia titles, is the sole recipient of the Bodybuilder of the Decade, is in the bodybuilding Hall of Fame and has won more than 250 titles over his career. Williams created the Iron Chest Master, a machine that maximizes the development of muscle size and strength while completely sculpting the upper body. He has been a personal coach and trainer for more than 25 years, a Celebrity Trainer and Instructor for the Professional Fitness Institute, is on the medical advisory board for the International Nutraceutical Corporation, a professor of exercise and Physiology and Nutrition. He is also a Senior Pastor of Back to the Foundation, a non-denominational Christian church.
