GameWorks is one of the newest venues at the Gateway in Salt Lake City, complete with entertainment for the whole family. The venue has over 109 ticket games, consule gaming, sports entertainment, a full bar and restaurant.

Game players can get rechargeable game cards. Game cards are your ticket to playing hundreds of games available for novice players to hard-core gamers.

Chef Chris Lamontagne from Gameworks shows us how to make one of the many items on their menu.

DIABLO PASTA

6 OZ Chicken Breast

5 (each) Shrimp

8 OZ Penne Pasta

2 OZ Sysco Anglina Mia Marinara Sauce

2 OZ Alfredo Sauce

1 TBSP Chipotle Peppers

1 TBSP Butter

2 OZ onions and peppers

1/2 TBSP Minced Garlic

1 OZ white wine

.05 OZ olive oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Place onions and peppers in saute pan with olive oil and saute until Al Dente.

2. Place sliced chicken breast in with peppers and saute until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Add shrimp. When cooked, add white wine, garlic, and Adobo Chipotle Peppers and butter.

3. Put penne noodles in summering water to heat pasta.

4. Once butter is melted, add alfredo and marinara. Bring to slight boil. Once everything is mixed thoroughly, add penne to mix and toss.

5. Place in pasta bowl and top with a pinch of parmesan cheese.

6. SERVE.
