On September 13th, Brazil will be in downtown Salt Lake City for Utah's 10th annual Brazilian festival. You can get a taste of Brazil with dancing, live bands, art and traditional food.
MANGO FRUIT MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS: 1 QT Sour Cream
1 QT Sweetened condensed milk 1½ CUPS mango puree
Raspberry syrup
Whip cream
Fresh raspberries
DIRECTIONS: In large bowl mix sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, and mango fruit puree. Place in refrigerator.
Fill mousse goblet with mousse mixture and top with raspberry syrup, chocolate, whip cream, and fresh raspberries.
