It is National Ice Cream Month, and we are celebrating with Phyllis Perkins from Smashburger who is showing us how to make some of their delicious milkshakes.

PB&J Shake:

9 oz. Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream

4 fl. oz. Whole Milk

1 fl. oz Flavor (Stawberry Syrup)

.25 oz. wt. Whipped Cream

Nutter Butter Cookies for PB&J Shake

Salted Caramel Shake:

9 oz. Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream

4 fl. oz. Whole Milk

1 fl. oz Flavor (Caramel Syrup)

.25 oz. wt. Whipped Cream

1. Put ice cream portions into cup.

2. Pour 4 oz. milk into shake tin.

3. Add shake flavor. (Caramel Syrup or Strawberry syrup with Nutter Butter Cookies)

4. Mix ingredients, rotating every 30 seconds to get an even blend.

5. Pour shake into a chilled parfait glass within 1/2" from the top, leaving room for the whipped cream

6. Top with a dollop of whipped cream in the middle of the shake in the glass.
