Unique spicy rice bowl from Mollie and Ollie

Spicy Khing Sauce

1 Can (4 oz) Prick Khing Curry Sauce
5 fl oz Hoisin Sauce
2 fl oz Oyster Sauce
1 oz Yellow Curry Powder
1 oz Ginger Puree
2 Cups Water
1 oz Fresh Minced Cilantro

First add the Prick Khing Sauce in a pan at medium high heat for 5 minutes. Then add the ginger and curry powder and let simmer for another 3 minutes. Next add the oyster and hoisin sauce, bring to a boil and add the water. Simmer for 15 minutes or until desired consistency and add the fresh cilantro.

Rice bowl recipe

Heat a saute pan with .5 oz of desired cooking medium (canola, coconut, sesame, olive oil). Once oil is heated add:

1 oz Fresh Edamame
2 oz Crimini Mushrooms
2 oz Fresh Multi-Colored Cauliflower

Cook until mushrooms have a nice color to them.

Add 7 oz Brown Rice and 3 oz of Spicy Khing Sauce. Mix well until sauce is heated. Et Voila - plate and serve with a nice garnish of cilantro.
