SALT LAKE CITY — KSL Investigators discovered that Salt Lake City is short millions of dollars in unpaid parking tickets, and the identity of the worst offender may surprise you.

Have you ever parked downtown and found a parking ticket on your windshield? Did you pay it? What would happen if you didn't?

It turns out the worst offender of unpaid parking tickets owes the city just a shade under $10,000. It's the result of racking up more than 80 citations, sometimes three in a day.
