Recipes:
Harmons Dark Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cups Butter
1 lb. Harmons Dark Couverture Chocolate from Valhrona
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Set fondue pot or saucepan on medium heat.
Melt butter into fondue pot or saucepan.
While stirring with a wooden spoon, add chocolate, one handful at a time.
Add vanilla extract.
Turn heat to lowest setting and continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Harmons Milk Chocolate or White Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients:
1 cup Butter or 1 cup Heavy Cream
1 lb. Harmons Milk or White Couverture Chocolate from Valhrona
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Set fondue pot or saucepan on medium heat.
Melt butter into fondue pot or saucepan.
While stirring with a wooden spoon, add chocolate, one handful at a time.
Add vanilla extract.
