Preparation: 1. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, sauté onion, ground beef, garlic, and chili powder until ground beef is nearly cooked through. 2. Add allspice, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, tomato sauce, fish sauce, cider vinegar, and water. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened. Stir intermittently to avoid burning. Remove from heat. 3. In a large pot put 4 quarts of water, 1/2 tsp. food coloring and 1 tsp. salt for each pound of dry spaghetti. 4. Bring the water to a boil. 5. Add spaghetti and return to boil. 6. Cook uncovered approximately 10-12 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally. Avoid overcooking. 7. Remove from heat and drain. Toss with a small amount of oil to keep it from sticking. 8. Ladle Cincinnati Chili mixture over the cooked spaghetti and serve with shredded cheddar cheese. 9. 6:15 a.m. - Homemade Halloween Root Beer Makes 2 Gallons

Ingredients: 2 gallons spring water 5 cups bakers sugar 1/4 cup Big H Root Beer Extract 2 pounds broken dry ice

Preparation: 1. Stir water, sugar and extract together in a food safe container (I use a clean five gallon bucket or plastic cauldron). Keep uncovered to avoid building up pressure and causing an explosion. 2. Add the dry ice and stir occasionally to avoid the dry ice from cracking the bottom of your container. Stir until dry ice has completely incorporated. Add more dry ice for a spooky effect. 3. Serve at your Halloween party or with your Halloween dinner!
