Rep. Miller pleads guilty to communications fraud charge
Rep. Justin Miller, D-Salt Lake City, the former campaign manager of Salt Lake County Mayor Ben McAdams accused of embezzling funds from the mayor's campaign, pleaded guilty Friday to a new charge of communications fraud.
