PROVO — Gift shopping for a woman on Mother's Day can feel like the most difficult task set to man ever.

She literally made your life, or your child's life, possible. No tchotchke, coupon book or jewelry is going to adequately say "thank you." But maybe one that was made by hand and maybe employs a special, secret recipe will get nearer than a vase from Target or coupon for 1,000 hugs.

The Beehive Bazaar, a local pop-up boutique of handmade and vintage treasures, is this weekend, just in time to snag something unique for a mother. Below, you'll find five suggestions for handmade gifts you can find at the bazaar.

Treat yo'self

A good lotion is worth its weight in gold. Especially if you have any kind of little person in your house in need of wiping and cleaning.

Mom's Stuff is the sole product made by Lee Bennion. The salve is filled with nutrients and is touted as a one-size-fits-all product for all skins.

Beehive Soap and Body Care offers handmade soap, lotions, perfumes, lip balms, and bath salts made with natural ingredients.

Unique accessories
