KAYSVILLE — Riley Smith ran for a 50-yard touchdown on the Darts’ first play from scrimmage, and didn’t let up from there.

But Syracuse (4-2, 2-1) refused to go away. Ty Metcalfe hit Dallin Kirkman with a 21-yard strike to pull within three in the final moments and send the game to overtime, tied at 20-20.

The Titans’ Jayden Grose and Davis’ Will Ferrin each nailed a field goal in the first extra period.

After a scoreless second OT, Jake Emery ran for 25 yards and the game-winner in triple overtime.
