DOG RIGHTS — It happens every year and it upsets us every time. Someone leaves a pet inside a car and we see it and we contemplate smashing the car window and getting the animal out.

I'm not sure what it is that people decide it's OK to leave animals and kids in cars, but unfortunately it happens.

Well, one dog in Eureka, California, decided he'd had enough.

This French bulldog's owner left him in the car, and the little dude decided he'd make a ruckus.

The news site The Lost Coast Outpost has an office in the area, and some of the employees heard a car horn blaring nonstop. Ryan Burns decided to see what was going on and he found this dog in a car laying on the horn.

You hate to see a dog left in a car like this, but you love to see him doing something about it.

Let this awesome pup be a reminder to us as we head into warmer days that leaving pets and kids in cars is never OK.
