MILLCREEK — A 42-year-old man with dementia and "uncontrollable diabetes" who went missing walked back into a care center Sunday morning, police say.

Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal said David Stewart returned to the Millcreek Care Center and is OK. UPD issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for Stewart after he was reported missing around 10:43 p.m. Saturday.

Stewart is new to the care center, according to Hoyal.

Hoyal said Stewart left the care center and was given a ride to a local hospital earlier Saturday. The care center received a call from the hospital and Stewart returned.
