SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Authorities say a 25-year-old man is dead after his pickup truck rolled off State Route 191 and into a river in Duchesne County.
The victim of the Sunday afternoon crash has been identified as Decker Manning of Randlett.
The Utah Highway Patrol says Manning had been going too fast when he approached a curve on the roadway.
He crossed the center line and veered off the road before rolling down an embankment. The vehicle came to a rest in a river.
Authorities say Manning had not been wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the truck.
He died at the scene.
