State and Nashville nursing home team up for job fair

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Cumberland Health Care and Rehabilitation and the Middle Tennessee Career Coach will be hosting a job fair for those interested in both skilled and unskilled work at the nursing home.

The facility plans to fill the following positions: certified nursing assistant, LPN, dishwashers, cook, and housekeepers.

In addition, The Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development's mobile Career Coach will be available to help job seekers complete online applications, create resumes and register for jobs4Tn, the state's online website that helps people to find work and companies to get help.

The job fair will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on May 20 at the Cumberland Health Care and Rehabilitation facility on Ashland City Highway.
