PODGORICA, Montenegro (AP) — Police say an explosion at a weapons factory in central Montenegro has killed one person and injured several others.
In a statement, police said the blast happened early Sunday at the Tara Group factory in the town of Mojkovac, 70 kilometers (42 miles) northeast of the capital, Podgorica. They gave no other details. The factory produces guns, rifles and parts for missile systems.
Two explosions last year at the same factory injured several workers.
