Thomas is a 20-year-old who knows the Utah Foster Care system all too well. He's been living in and out of state custody for years. He is hoping to be adopted because no matter your age, you always need a family.

Tia is an 11-year-old girl who loves the stage. She was invited by the Hale Center Theater for a VIP tour of behind of the scenes of its production of Beauty and the Beast. She has lived in foster care now for years and dreams of being adopted.
